VEHICLE FUELS (UNLEADED GAS AND NO. 2 DIESEL FUELS) FOR THE WILKES-BARRE/SCRANTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Notice is hereby given that the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport (“Airport”) is soliciting Bids for Vehicle Fuels (Unleaded Gas and No. 2 Diesel Fuels) at the Airport.

The Bid package can be obtained by prospective Respondents beginning November 4, 2024.

Any inquiries regarding the package should be directed to Beth Coslett, Executive Assistant at (570) 602-2000 or beth@flyAVP.com. The deadline for receipt of questions is 3:30 PM (local time) on Monday, November 25, 2024.

For consideration, all bids, including bid security, must be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked “FUEL BID” and received at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, Administrative Offices, 100 Terminal Drive, Suite 1, Avoca, Pennsylvania 18641 no later than 1:30 PM (local time), Monday, December 9, 2024.

If any addendums need to be administered, said addendums would be sent to email addresses on file, however, it is the responsibility of each interested Respondent to download addendums from this website as they become available.

Bids will be opened and read publicly at 1:30 PM (local time), Monday, December 9, 2024 in the Airport Terminal Building, Conference Room, 2^nd Floor.

The Bi-County Airport Board reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities.
