The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport Bi-county Airport Board for Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties is accepting Statements of Qualifications and Experience from Firms or Groups interested in performing Engineering/Design, Bid, and Construction Phase Services for “Rehabilitate Airline Apron” Project at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport.  Statements of Qualifications on the project are due at the Airport prior to 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, July 3, 2025.

Consultants may secure the Project description “Request for Statements of Qualifications and Experience” Package for the project from the Airport Director’s Office, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport Administration Office, 2nd Floor, 100 Terminal Drive. The Counties of Luzerne and Lackawanna, doing business as the Wilkes-Barre Scranton International Airport, have established a DBE Program. The Airport’s FAA-approved DBE overall goal for FY 2025 is 4.28% of the federal financial assistance we will expend on FAA DOT-assisted contracts.
