Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport (AVP) is now participating in the TSA Pre✓® program, which allows travelers in the program to leave on their shoes, light outerwear and belt, keep their laptop in its case and their 3-1-1 compliant liquids/gels bag in a carry-on.
New location keeps travelers running with high-quality food and beverage options, including hot and iced coffees, espresso beverages, sandwiches and baked goods.
A sold-out flight of 189 passengers, convened in the AVP terminal and started their vacations right from WilkesBarre/Scranton. The 4-night,5-day package through AVP’s partner Regional Sky includes all-inclusive accommodations at the Memories Grand Bahama Beach and Casino in the Bahamas.
